About Tour de Force

On 1st August 2009 Dominic Chambers, manager of the only national police children's charity Child Victims of Crime, Ronny Carey, Trustee and Matt Ferguson RFU tag rugby man began their epic journey to cycle to every police headquarters throughout England, Scotland & Wales. The support vehicle is driven by CVOC trustee Steve Johnson.

They are cycling to raise awareness of the charity and its valuable work with the added hope of raising significant funds through individual police forces holding fundraising events.

They are stopping off at each Force Headquarters en route for cheque presentations and press coverage.

Dyfed Powys Police presentation


Joining Dom, Mick, Steve and Mark for the cheque presentation were Keith Turner, Chair of CVOC (former DCC Dyfed Powys Police) and Andrew Bevan (Director of Finance) for Dyfed Powys also pictured George Phillips (CVOC Trustee).
